House Rules

• Breakfast: Served from 07:00 to 10:00 in the restaurant Plava Prizma.
• Wellness: Free of charge (Fitness Room, Finnish Sauna, Steam Bath). Massage appointments via Reception.
• Open flames (candles, etc.) are strictly prohibited in the rooms.
• Use of personal heaters, cooking appliances, irons, or other potentially hazardous devices is not allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel.
• Preparation of hot food or drinks in the rooms is not allowed.
• Bringing external food or beverages and storing them in the minibar is not allowed.
• Doing laundry or drying clothes in rooms is prohibited. Laundry services are available via Reception.
• In case of bathroom flooding, please contact the Reception immediately.
• Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Safe deposit boxes are provided in-room. The hotel is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
• Please avoid making noise in hallways or rooms.
• Checkout is by 11:00. Late checkout is subject to availability and a 50 EUR charge.
• Lost key cards will incur a charge of 10 EUR.
• Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms.
• Use the “Do Not Disturb” sign when needed. Rooms with the sign will not be serviced.
• The hotel reserves the right to terminate a stay in cases of rule violations or guest disturbance.

Pre-Authorisation Notice

Hotel Radon Plaza requires all guests to provide a valid credit or debit card upon check-in.

Pre-authorisation is not a charge but a temporary hold on your account to ensure sufficient funds. The hotel will pre-authorise your card for the full room rate (unless prepaid), plus 50 EUR per room, per night for incidentals.

If you pay by cash or with another card, the hold will typically be released by your bank within 5–7 business days. Our Front Desk team is happy to assist with any questions.

Room Inventory & Damage Policy

Radon Plaza Hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages caused during your stay.

We understand that occasional accidents happen. If something in your room is not working properly or has been accidentally damaged, we kindly ask that you notify Reception immediately so we may resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Should damage be discovered after your departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge the registered credit or debit card and issue an invoice to the guest’s address on file. Every effort will be made to repair or replace damaged items in-house before seeking third-party services, in order to minimize costs.

Room Information & Emergency Instructions

• Electricity and air conditioning are activated by inserting your key card into the card holder.
• To adjust room temperature, contact the Reception.
• TV: Press Power → Menu → Setup → Language.
• Fire Safety: Please review the Emergency Evacuation Diagram on your room door.
• In an emergency, use the stairs and follow illuminated exit signs. Do not use elevators.
• Once in the lobby, await further instructions from hotel staff.
